Your enquiry details are used to answer you and arrange any work you book.

Who handles your information
TGBDetailing is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact Mark at enquiries@tgbdetailing.co.uk or 07921 782237. The workshop is Unit 29, The Warren Workshops, Miners Park, Llay, Wrexham LL12 0PD. Visits are by appointment.
What you send
An enquiry can include your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle details, the work you want and any message or photo you choose to send. Please avoid including people, documents or unrelated personal information in photos. The hosting service also processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request logs.
Enquiries and bookings
Your details are used to reply, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out work, and deal with related payments, warranties or questions. Steps you ask for before a booking, and work you book, are handled on the basis of entering into or performing a contract. General enquiries and security records are handled for the legitimate interests of answering customers and protecting the business. Records needed to meet legal obligations are kept on that basis.
An enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Your information is not sold. Photos sent through the form are used to assess the work and are not automatically published or reused for promotion.
Where information is kept
Enquiries are stored in the website and sent to TGBDetailing’s email inbox. A form photo is attached to the enquiry email; the temporary website upload is removed after processing. Website hosting, backup and support providers, including Whitfield IT, and the email provider, Heart Internet, process information as needed to operate these services.
Information may also be shared where needed to carry out your booking, register an agreed product warranty or meet a legal requirement. Mark will explain any warranty registration that needs your details. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it for these purposes.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry and deal with related follow-up. Records of booked work may need to be kept longer for payment, tax, warranty or legal reasons. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and any legal requirement; information should be reviewed and removed when it is no longer needed. Deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups are replaced.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for a correction or deletion, or ask for its use to be restricted. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances; some job or payment records may need to be retained. Contact Mark using the details above to make a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, please contact Mark. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
