A thorough clean helps you see the condition of a car before it is collected. Your lease provider’s inspection guide sets out its requirements and how it assesses any charges.
Check the return guide
Bring the guide when discussing the work. Note any interior staining, pet hair or paint marks you want assessed, and send photos with your enquiry.
Interior cleaning
An interior detail / valet starts with a thorough hoover. Further work is agreed around the car, including wet extraction on cloth seats when needed and leather cleaning and conditioning.
Paintwork assessment
A wash makes the paint easier to inspect. Polishing may improve some marks, while deeper damage may remain. I will explain the options before starting.

Tell me the collection date so we can discuss a suitable appointment. Cleaning and detailing cannot guarantee an inspection result or remove every return charge.
